How long does my item take to make?
All our signs, plaques and gifts are handmade to order, they take 5-7 days to make. Once they are made and payment is cleared, we place them in 1st Class Post with Royal Mail or Hermes (for the larger items) that day. They will take 3-5 days to be delivered.
How much is postage?
We charge individual postage prices for our signs, plaques and gifts depending on the weight of each of them. Postage and packaging will be added at the checkout before card details are required, postage and packing prices start at £2.00 for standard delivering to the UK only. This website combines postage on more than one item purchased, saving you money. Packaging is included in the cost of postage.
Can I return a sign?
Only in the unlikely event if your sign, plaque or gift is damaged, we will accept returns of the item. If the product is damaged we will do our best to rectify the matter.
How are the signs sent?
All our signs, plaques and gifts are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, card and jiffy bag depending on the size of the item.
Do you take wholesale orders?
We would be very grateful to hear from any small shops or larger stores who would wish to stock our signs. If you are interested in becoming a trade seller, please contact us for a trade discount.
What types of payment cards do you take?
We accept paypal, mastercard and visa cards.
If I am sending the sign, plaque or gift straight to the recipient, can a note be included?
Yes of course, we provide a small notelet, where we can write a message for you adding that personalised touch.
