Please ensure all your details you have stated are correct as we can't make changes once the order has been handmade for you. 

All designs are hand-crafted from scratch so therefore they are non returnable. 

Only in the unlikely event if your sign, plaque and gift is damaged, we will accept returns of the item. If the product is damaged we will do our best to rectify the matter.  

Orders cannot be cancelled once we have received payment.

Orders will not be sent out until payment has been received.

If in doubt when ordering a product from us, please email us first to discuss and we will help you. 

All our wooden signs, plaques and gifts are handmade to order, they take 5-7 business days to make but often made quicker. 

Once they are made and payment is cleared, we place them in 1st Class Post with Royal Mail or Hermes (for the larger items) that day. They will take 3-5 days to be delivered.. 

We charge individual postage prices for our signs, plaques and gifts depending on the weight of each of them. Postage and packaging will be added at the checkout before card details are required. Postage and Packaging prices start at £2.00 for standard delivering to the UK only. This website combines postage on more than one item purchased, saving you money. Packaging is included in the cost of postage.  All our signs, plaques and gifts are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, card and a jiffy bag or box depending on the size of the item.  

 Yes of course, we provide a small notelet, where we can write a message for you and add to your wooden signs adding that personalised touch. Or you could opt for our letter box gift (on certain signs). 

We would be very grateful to hear from any small shops or larger stores who would wish to stock our signs. If you are interested in becoming a trade seller, please contact us for a trade discount.
